Hello, hello! Happy Friday to all of you! Are you ready for the weekend? I know I am!

I am back to working on my granddaughter's first-year album, so I created a card for her first Valentine's Day layout.

I don't cut my photos into circles very often, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and give it a try. I am so glad that I did because I really like how this card turned out! Hello, everyone! Happy Thursday to you! I am so sorry that I have been absent this week and have not gotten the features and winners for June posted yet. This is our vacation week and computer/internet time has been scarce! I will get the features and winners posted tomorrow!

Since we have been celebrating the 4th of July here in the US, I thought it only fitting to do a patriotic layout. This photo card and my layout will go in my granddaughter's 6x8 album.

For the other two cards in this layout, I have used sketches from last month. I have a few more layouts for her album of the 4th from last year, and I hope to be sharing those in the upcoming weeks using all of our sketches from July.

Hello everyone! Welcome back!

I am working on last summer's layouts and trying to get as many of them done this summer to be "caught up" for me. I just can't seem to make myself scrap currently...I'm just weird that way, so I made a journaling card to document some of the things that were going during week 22 of 2016.

 I have created a title card for my week 22 spread for 2016. Then I realized that the album I have been working on is actually 2015 - I haven't even started 2016! Oh well, at least I'll get a couple of months done in my 2016 album over the next couple of weeks! I hope to share my full layout next week along with a card using next week's sketch!

I have been trying to work on my granddaughter's first-year album, so I thought I would make a card to use in her album. At first I thought I would use this card for a journaling card, and I may still, but I'm thinking maybe, if I can find the right photo for it, that I will make it a photo card instead. Time will tell!

Lori's Take on Sketch #58...

Happy Thursday! Today,  Maven Lori is sharing this delightful card she created using this fabulous color palette. She used a patchwork of squares that are hand edged in pen. She created a focal point with the top square and sweet little heart and those fab sequins!

Here is the awesome page she created with her main card. She added that wonderful title card, as well as the fab 2017 cards....delightful!

Lori's Take on Sketch #54....

Happy Monday! Today, Maven Lori is sharing some absolutely fabulous Holiday inspired cards she created. This first card uses a super fun and thin chevron stripe along with some solid banner and fun script paper. She added just enough bling to make it fab!!! The little Santa embellishment is the most wonderful finishing touch. 

 Here are some matching cards she created to accompany her main card. Aren't these just fabulous? 

Sketch # 54 by Cherie Averill. This sketch is super fun and perfect for creating some holiday pocket cards.
