Revisiting Sketch #61

Hello everyone! Happy Friday! Here we are at the weekend - do you have any fun plans? If you are looking for something to do, why don't you play along with us?!

Today we are revisiting Sketch #61. This was the first and only sketch posted in February, so we thought we would go ahead and, over the next couple of days, show you some samples that the design team had made.

First up is Maven Jill. We did share her card back in February, but it is worth seeing again!

And the beautiful coordinating cards to go with it. 

Next up is Maven Cindy. She has created a super cute card using a super cute photo.

Look at this fabulous layout that she created! Her paper choices for her cards are perfect for these older photos.

Cindy's Take on Sketch #57...

Happy Saturday! Today, Maven Cindy is sharing this sweet card she created that uses some fabulous colors and a great little banner. Notice how she put the title right over the photo, fabulous!

Cindy's Take on Sketch #53....

Welcome back, today, Maven Cindy is sharing this fantastic little title card she created for her vintage album. She used a soft pallet and accented the edges with stark white stitching, isn't this a fabulous touch? She added just a bit of falling dots for some visual interest.

Cindy and Shawn's Take on Sketch #49...

Hello Monday! Today you are getting a double dose of creative inspiration! First up, Maven Shawn created this adorable card with photos and that great title! She used a date stamp in the upper corner. The dimension of the title adds some fun to the card. 

Here is the double pages spread she created. You really must zoom in to see all the cards she created along with the fabulous detail. These pages are gorgeous! 

Next up, Maven Cindy is continuing to work on her "vintage album". She flipped the sketch and has the title of the card under the photos. She added those two chevrons to point to the title. The blue is such a sweet base color! 

Here is the page she created. She used those bold and bright colors to make those vintage 1971 photos really shine! Great page. Be sure to zoom so not to miss any detail.

Cindy's Take on Sketch #45....

TGIF!!! Today, Maven Cindy is going all the way back to 1972 to scrap some photos of a birthday party! She is so blessed to have her hands on photos this old and in this condition! For her card, she used stamps and a die cut for her title, then added that adorable photo. 

Here is he page she created. Just look at all those old photos!!!! We hope this inspires you to pull out photos that are from decades past, and put them in your albums!!!

Happy Wednesday! Today, Maven Cindy is sharing a simple card that makes a great statement. She stamped the title and date and added some torn papers to create this card. When you look at the year, the card is very fitting for that time!

Maven Cindy pulled colors from her "vintage" photo to create this card. She did a fantastic job creating a card just perfect for this era and photo. Notice she used ruler and pencils as her little side strips!

Cindy's Take on Sketch #29...

Oh joyous day!!! Just take a peek at this sweet take on the sketch! Maven Cindy  chose to create a Christmas theme card. She kept close to the sketch as she put strips of patterns and words down the side, as well as dots and bling.

Here is the page she created using her card. The addition of this card is just perfect. I adore the angel in the upper corner!

Welcome to our fun day here on NSD!!! Maven Cindy has created an absolute fab card perfect for water park photos! She embossed some "waves" and gave them just a hint of color to make them pop! She stamped directly on her card.
