Hello, hello! Happy Friday to you! It's already the first Friday of September and we have a new sketch for you to work with!

Shawn has created a great journaling card to get us started.

I love the colors that she has used and those fun alpha stickers, too. Such a great take on the sketch.

Sadly, I haven't had a chance to work on my album in a while, but hopefully, I will get a chance to later this weekend.

We hope you find some time to get scrappy this month. I know I always seem to be more productive in my scrap room when the weather starts getting cooler and it starts getting darker earlier!

Hello, scrappy friends! Happy Friday and Happy September 1st! It is also the start of a long holiday weekend here in the US and I am ready for an extra day off!

I don't cut my photos into circles very often, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and give it a try. I am so glad that I did because I really like how this card turned out! I am working on Week 30 of 2016 this month so you won't see the completed layout until a little later on in the month.

Lori's Take On Sketch #77

Hello, everyone! Happy Thursday to you! I am so sorry that I have been absent this week and have not gotten the features and winners for June posted yet. This is our vacation week and computer/internet time has been scarce! I will get the features and winners posted tomorrow!

Today I (Lori) have a card and layout to share with you using this week's sketch, courtesy of Shawn.

This sketch could easily be turned into a filler card, as well.

Since we have been celebrating the 4th of July here in the US, I thought it only fitting to do a patriotic layout. This photo card and my layout will go in my granddaughter's 6x8 album.

For the other two cards in this layout, I have used sketches from last month. I have a few more layouts for her album of the 4th from last year, and I hope to be sharing those in the upcoming weeks using all of our sketches from July.

 I have created a title card for my week 22 spread for 2016. Then I realized that the album I have been working on is actually 2015 - I haven't even started 2016! Oh well, at least I'll get a couple of months done in my 2016 album over the next couple of weeks! I hope to share my full layout next week along with a card using next week's sketch!
