Shawn's Take on Sketch # 33...

Maven Shawn created a photo card to document her time spent with her, "Game Buddy". She mixed colors in this card that really pulled out that purple, great splash of color. The Thickers she used for the title along with the journal strips add so much fun to this card!

Sara's Take on Sketch #33...

Maven Sara enjoyed this sketch so much that she created two cards with it!!!!

Notice that one the top one she kept close to the sketch with the little banners and such along the sides. The second one, she added just a simple heart and enamel dot.

Here is the page she created with her two cards. Be sure to notice all the cards in the page. The one with the rose on the tag is delightful, also! Oh, and be sure to notice those babies at the bottom!!!

Christine's Take on Sketch #33....

Happy Sunday! Today, Maven Christine is inspiring you to create a masculine card. She used rich earth tones to create this card. The photo is the center and focal point of the card. Along the sides she chose to add strips for her journaling. The gold heart is just the perfect finishing touch.

Here is the card on a finished page. Notice she layered the card with vellum before attaching to this sweet page.

Happy Scrapping,

Barb's Take on Sketch #33...

There is no place like home! We all cherish the place we call home. Maven Barb created this card with a picture of her home and lovely fountain to be the title for her July 2016 pocket pages. She used base paper on the diagonal strip to pull the eye straight to the photo. Notice those doilies and the soft watercolor effect they have. She chose to just add her title in yellow, which pops right off the page.

Now, for the reveal of our Sketch #33 by our amazing Shawn Lahr.....

Lots of fun ways to create with this sketch!

Today, Maven Jill put a bit of a nautical spin on the sketch as she added some ship wheel die cuts. The banners were perfect for her title and notice the one that says, "Jewel" is pointing to her and her son. Look how tiny in comparison to the ship. This was a great way to pull the eye to where they are in the photo.
